1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website of Atlantis Federation Inc. (“Atlantis Federation,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a Florida 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation (EIN: 85-1204285), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website immediately.

2. Nature of Services

Atlantis Federation provides free housing paperwork navigation and assistance services to individuals and families in Florida. We are not a social services agency, do not provide direct financial aid, and do not employ licensed social workers. Our services are limited to administrative guidance — helping individuals understand and complete housing-related paperwork, Section 8 voucher processes, HUD applications, and related documentation.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, or professional social work advice. For legal or financial matters, please consult a licensed professional.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals and families residing in Florida who are seeking housing assistance. By submitting an application or inquiry, you represent that the information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

4. Donations

Donations made to Atlantis Federation Inc. are charitable contributions to a 501(c)(3) organization and may be tax-deductible under Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from donations. All donated funds, vehicles, boats, and properties are used at the sole discretion of Atlantis Federation to further our housing assistance mission. Donations are generally non-refundable except at our sole discretion.

5. Vehicle and Property Donations

Donated vehicles, boats, and properties are accepted subject to our evaluation. Atlantis Federation reserves the right to decline any donation. Donated assets may be repaired and redistributed for affordable housing or transportation purposes, or sold with proceeds directed toward our housing programs. Donors are responsible for completing required transfer documentation. We will provide a written acknowledgment for tax purposes.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use this website to: submit false or misleading information; impersonate any person or entity; interfere with or disrupt website operations; attempt unauthorized access to any part of our systems; or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Atlantis Federation Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
