Our Services
Housing-focused assistance. We navigate paperwork — nothing else.
Housing Assistance
We help you find a place to live — and we may have one available right now.
Finding affordable housing in Florida is hard. We make it simpler in two ways: we connect individuals and families with low-income housing programs, county housing authorities, and rental assistance across Florida — and in some cases, we may have units available directly through our own properties. Whether we place you ourselves or guide you through an outside program, our help is always free. We are not social workers and do not provide case management.
- ✓We may have available units at our own properties
- ✓Matching to low-income housing programs in your area
- ✓Connections to all 67 Florida county housing authorities
- ✓Rental assistance and voucher application guidance

Vehicle & Boat Donations
Donated assets that fund and furnish homes.
Donated vehicles and boats are repaired and given to families in need, or sold to fund our housing programs. Boats have a special dual purpose: they may serve as live-aboard housing for individuals who need it, or support fishing livelihoods that provide income for housing costs. Running or non-running vehicles accepted — we handle everything.
- ✓Cars, trucks, RVs, motorcycles accepted
- ✓Running or non-running condition
- ✓Boats: live-aboard housing AND fishing livelihood programs
- ✓Repaired and redistributed to families in need
- ✓Or sold to fund housing programs
